1. Overview
BiteMeasure AI subscriptions and in-app purchases are sold and processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Because these stores process your payment, refunds are generally handled by Apple or Google — not directly by BiteMeasure. We cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by the stores, except where required by law. Please review this policy together with our Subscription Terms.
2. Apple App Store refunds
To request a refund for a purchase made through the Apple App Store, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or go to Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History, then select the item and request a refund. Apple reviews and decides refund requests under its terms.
3. Google Play refunds
To request a refund for a purchase made through Google Play, open the Google Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history (or Order history), select the item, and request a refund; you can also visit play.google.com. Google reviews and decides refund requests under its terms.
4. Free trials
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, charges are subject to the store refund policies above. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
5. Exceptions
In limited cases where we sell a product or service directly (not through an app store) or where required by applicable consumer-protection law, we may issue a refund directly. If you believe you are entitled to a direct refund, contact us with your purchase details and we will review your request in good faith.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in the EEA/UK). Those rights apply in addition to the store policies described above.
